Note: The term "yatra" is used throughout this document to refer to the facilitators and all third parties engaged by them to facilitate the trip including assistants, and venue staff. The terms yatra, journey, and trip are interchangeable.
Travel Insurance
All guests participating in this journey have been advised by the hosts to purchase travel insurance for the entire duration.
In the event of any accident, injury, personal emergency, or loss/theft of property, the hosts will support the guest to the best of their ability, however cannot be held liable or responsible.
Safety Clause
As a participant, I agree to:
Respect the local culture by adhering to the dress code recommended by my hosts and guides in the packing list.
Participate in the activities coordinated by my hosts, unless I need to rest and opt out
Not take rides or invitations from people unknown to the India hosts
Substances
The consumption of controlled substances during the trip is prohibited. If a participant is found to be in possession, seeking out, or using a controlled substance during the trip the participant will be asked to leave at the participant’s own cost.
This is both out of respect for the local culture, as well as keeping participants safe from potentially dangerous situations with local police.
Cancelation or Leaving the Trip
The hosts reserve the right, at any time, either before or during the trip, to expel or debar a participant. If the underlying reason for the expulsion is a breach of the terms and conditions, inappropriate behavior, or failure to follow instructions there is no entitlement for any refund.
Payment/Refund Policy
Payment for the trip should be completed by 60 days prior to the start of the journey. If guests cancel within 45 days preceding the start date, there will be no issuance of a refund since all travel has been booked prior. See the Yatra Sign Up webpage for more information regarding the refund policy.

I am not suffering from any medical or physical condition that could put me, or another participant during the trip, in danger.
